World of Warcraft Item Upgrades
Item upgrades are a key aspect of preparing your character. Upgrades increase the base damage as well as enchantments of items.
They also provide bonuses and enhancements. They can be purchased through the Blacksmith.
The upgrade button can be found on any item. Each recycled item adds one level to the gauge for upgrading.
Weapon
If a weapon is upgraded, it receives an initial damage bonus as well as an adjustment factor that affects other stats. The weapon may also be upgraded with a number of upgrade components, which provide additional effects or attributes and some even have unique cosmetic effects. These upgrades can be put into armor, weapons trinkets, and gathering tools, and they generally require the equipment to have an upgrade slot that is available and meet certain requirements. The upgrade component can be removed from an armored weapon, weapon or trinket, but it cannot be replaced. (Except for legendary equipment). Upgrade components can be found with the help of a Black-Lion Salvage Kit or an Ascended Salvage Tool, or by using a high-tier salvage tool on the item itself.
In addition to the basic upgrades, a weapon can be upgraded by adding a Calibration Attribute that improves certain stats such as Weakspot Damage or Crit Rate. This can be done via the Gear Workbench interaction menu. This can be done four times depending on the weapon's level.

Once the weapon is at max upgrade, it can be rebuilt using a variety of different upgrade types to boost specific stats or to add bonuses and effects. These upgrades can all be used simultaneously and the effects differ based on how rare the weapon is.
Two Blacksmiths are able to perform these upgrades in the game: Blacksmith Iji on the Road to the Manor Site of Grace and Smithing Master Hewg at the Church of Elleh hub. Both upgrade materials are different: Smithing Stones to modify the type of damage that weapon does and Somber Smithing Stones to modify the standard weapons.
In general, it is advised to improve weapon damage first, then armour defense, then the other secondary stats as required by your build. Particularly, it is common to see melee druids enhancing their weapon before any other gear, since this helps maximise DPS. This is particularly applicable to enchantments, which can be extremely effective in boosting the weapon's damage and other stats.
Armor
Item Upgrades let players improve the base stats of specific pieces of armor weapons, trinkets, trinkets and gathering tools. Casesgg may also have additional effects such as increased damage or cosmetic enhancements. Item upgrades are available through crafting, buying from NPC vendors or loot drops, or as quest rewards.
The armor can be upgraded by visiting the Armorer NPC, and spending the appropriate currency. Most armor will upgrade to the next level following an upgrade. This is the case for any type of armor, though certain items are not upgradeable at all (such as the armor used to start in Great Sky Island).
The majority of armor upgrades provide only a slight increase in an item's base defense or strength. Certain upgrades, however, can result in significant increases in strength or defense. This is particularly true when upgrading epic items.
Certain upgrades grant special abilities that can be activated while wearing armor. These abilities can be helpful in combat, such as granting a buff to attack speed or blocking. Some upgrades have effect that are passive and can be useful, such as reducing damage while wearing armor, or increasing the chance to dodge an attack.
Depending on the type of armor being used, upgrading an item may require multiple attempts. If a player wishes to upgrade Steelclash armor to Dragonscale and the first attempt will result in a new Dragonscale armor that has a defense base between 59-67. The second attempt would result in a Dragonscale armor that has an initial defense range of between 67 and 77.
The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild allows players to upgrade their armor sets up to level 4. To upgrade their armor, players must visit the four Great Fairy Fountains that are located in the game. Each of these locations houses a powerful fairy who can upgrade a piece of armor for the player.
Contrary to popular opinion, armor in The Division 2 is not in any way useless. Certain armors provide a significant increase in the ability to reduce the damage caused by poison or curse, magic or fire. This makes them very valuable for certain builds. There are many other ways to increase the strength of armor apart from upgrading the armor, for instance using the engineer attribute to increase armor penetration or the challenger trait to decrease the weight of the entire armor.
Potion
A potion can be upgraded by putting it in a brewing stand to unlock new effects. The upgrade unlocks another level of effects from the potion and is able to be repeated to increase the potency.
The potions also gain the ability to select a custom color that can be set by the player using the /give. The color affects the clouds that affect the area of effect as well as the arrows that are generated. In Bedrock Edition, the custom color code of the potion is also applied to the effects of the particles in the potions.
The water bottle, the mundane potions that are thick and awkward now have a brand new brewing texture. The potion of weakness was added to the healing potion in the Creative inventory. There are lingering potions available that can be prepared using splash potions or dragon breath and a strong potion with the status effect of Mining Fatigue (duration 4:00). Problems related to this update can be tracked on the Bug Tracker.
Trinket
A trinket is an inexpensive piece of jewelry. It could be a necklace or ring. Or even a small banner used to mark the lateen yard of a boat. It could also refer to a gilded trinket on the mast of a ship.
This bizarre trinket is believed to be influencing the residents of this maze by making them more common. This trinket, at its current level makes all types of replicas more popular and gives every floor an A% chance that it contains an ebony replica. Upgrades to this trinket require a moderate amount energy.
This enchanted Scepter's magic seems to alter the dungeon's environment by increasing the probability of producing water and grass. This trinket at the moment will cause X% of the regular floors to be filled with grass or water. It does not affect enchantments, glyphs, cursed weapons or armor, or other items that are created to help solve hazards rooms.
The item, which appears like eyes of a newt is believed to affect your vision in a manner that goes beyond simply narrowing your field of vision. This trinket, at the moment level, increases the health benefits gained from drinking potions of healing and wells of life by X%, and also gives mind sight to enemies within Y tile. This does not stack with the Heightened Senses.
After you have completed the Mastery Cave after completing the Mastery Cave, you can find Trinkets by beating Monsters and inside chests and crates within Skull Cavern. They cannot be found in the Mines or Volcano Dungeon.
Place the trinket in the Anvil when it needs to be upgraded. This will have an effect on the trinket that is random, either increasing or strengthening its effects. You can reforge the trinket as often as you like but it will always have the same effect.
You can also improve your Trinkets by putting them in a Magical Catalyst located at the Alchemy Station. It will cost you 6 energy and increase the power of the trinket by only a tiny amount.
